The Township Board of Zoning Appeals consists of five (5) residents of the Township appointed by the Board of Township Trustees. Two (2) additional residents are appointed as alternate members and replace regular members when they are absent from a meeting. The term of a regular member is five (5) years.
The Board of Zoning Appeals has the duty to hear appeals from a decision of the Zoning Inspector, to review and approve conditional use permits, and to review and approve variances from the provisions of the Zoning Resolution.
