Chief Stewart: Doug Stewart has 36 years in the fire service. He served in the Air Force for 8.5 years and has been a medic since 1999. He has an associate's degree in Fire Science from Community College of the Air Force, a bachelor's degree from Grand Canyon University in Public Safety Leadership, and a master's degree in executive Fire Service Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Chief Stewart has an Executive Fire Officer Certificate from the National Fire Academy. He is Blue Card Incident Commander certified, and instructor certified. He is also Fire Inspector Certified and has served as an instructor at Delaware Area Career Center and Clark State College. Chief Stewart also holds certificates in NIMS 100,200,300,400,700 and 800.

Battalion Chief FrenchJustin French serves as the Battalion Chief for 1 Unit. He has 23 years in the fire service and 21 years as a medic. Chief French has been with Jerome Township Division of Fire since 2000. He received EMT and Fire training from Tolles Career and Technical Center and attended Grant Medical Center for his Paramedic School. He is a Critical Care Paramedic and holds an associate's degree from Columbus State Community College in Fire Science. He is a certified Hazmat Technician and a Hazmat and Safety Officer.

Battalion Chief AdamsJamie Adams serves as the Battalion Chief for 2 Unit. He has 24 years in the fire service and has been a medic for 17 years. He has been with Jerome Township Division of Fire since 2002. He received EMT training from Clark State College and Fire training from Tolles Career and Technical Center. Chief Adams received his associate's degree in Fire Science from Columbus State Community College. He attended Grant Medical Center to receive his paramedic education. He also serves as a rescue technician, fire instructor and fire inspector. Chief Adams has taught at Clark State College and currently is an instructor at Tolles Technical Center. 

Battalion Chief BillingsleyEric Billingsley serves as the Battalion Chief for 3 Unit. He has 16 years in the fire service and has also been a medic for 16 years. He has been with Jerome Township Division of Fire since December of 2018. He received his EMT training and paramedic school from Hocking College and attended Tolles Career and Technical Center for Fire Training. He is a Fire Inspector, and a Fire Instructor at Clark State. He is a Rescue Technician, Hazmat Technician, Incident Safety Officer, and a Live Fire Instructor. Battalion Chief Billingsley is Blue Card Certified and is currently working on obtaining his bachelor's degree in Fire Administration from Columbia Southern University.

Battalion Chief Zimmer Christine Zimmer has 11 years in the fire service and has served 21 years as a medic. She has been with Jerome Township Division of Fire since 2019. She received her education and training from Lorain County Community College and Tolles Tech. Battalion Chief Zimmer is a Hazmat Technician, Certified Fire Inspector, Blue Card Certified, Fire Safety Officer, Fire Emergency Services Instructor II, and holds an associate's degree in Fire Science. She is also the departments EMS coordinator and Infectious Control Officer. 

Lieutenant Flora: Brad Flora is the Community Safety Lieutenant for Jerome Township Division of Fire. Brad Flora has 25 years in the fire service. He started at Jerome Township in November of 2022. He received his EMT and Fire Inspector certification from Springfield Clark JVS.  Fire training from Tolles Career and Technical Center and attended Grant Medical Center for his Paramedic School. He has an associate’s degree in Fire Science from the University of Cincinnati, a bachelor’s degree in Fire Safety Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, A master’s degree in public administration and leadership from The Ohio State University. Lieutenant Flora is a Fire Investigator, Fire and EMS instructor, CPR instructor, Fire and Life safety educator. He has been a fire instructor for Clark State College and Tolles Career and Technical Center. Brad had the honor of being named as the Fire Safety Educator of the year in 2022.

Lieutenant BeboutRyan Bebout has 15 years in the fire service and has been a medic for seven years. He has been with Jerome Township Division of Fire since 2018. He received professional fire training from Tolles Career and Technical Center and volunteer training from Hocking College. He attended Clark State for paramedic school. Lieutenant Bebout is a Hazmat Technician, Fire Safety Instructor, CE Instructor, ACLS, BLS, PALS Instructor, Fire Investigator, Blue Card Certified, Safety Officer, and a Hazmat Safety Officer. He has received his associate's degree in emergency medical management through Clark State.

Lieutenant Hess: Derek Hess has 24 years in the fire service. He has been with Jerome Township Division of Fire for 21 years and has been full time for the department for 20 years. He received his Fire Training from Tolles Career and Technical Center and his Paramedic Training at Grant. He also serves as the Fire Chief for Northeast Champaign County Fire District. Lieutenant Hess is Blue Card Certified, Fire Inspector, Hazmat Technician, and a Hazmat and Safety Officer. He is currently working on obtaining his associate's degree from Eastern Gateway Community College in Fire Science. 

Lieutenant Miller: John Miller has 13 years in the fire service and has been a medic for six years. He served in the U.S Army for 12 years. He has been with Jerome Township Division of Fire since 2020. He received professional fire training from Tolles Career and Technical Center and his paramedic training from Grant Medical Center. Lieutenant Miller is a Hazmat Technician, Fire and Emergency Services Instructor II, International Association of Firefighters Peer Fitness Trainer, Blue Card Certified and is currently working on obtaining his associate’s degree from Columbia Southern in Fire Science.  

Lieutenant Wihl: Alex Wihl has 10 years in the fire service and has been a medic for six years. He has been with Jerome Township Division of fire since 2016. He received professional fire training from Tolles Career and Technical Center and his paramedic training from Grant Medical Center. Lieutenant Wihl is a Hazmat Technician and a Fire and Emergency Services Instructor. He is certified in Blue Card, structural collapse, ropes, and is currently working on obtaining his associate’s degree from Columbia Southern in Fire Science.

Lieutenant Converse: Vince Converse has 16 years in the fire service. He has been with Jerome Township of Fire since 2017. He received professional fire training from Tolles Career and Technical Center and his paramedic training from Grant Medical Center. Lieutenant Converse is a Hazmat Technician, International Association of Firefighters Peer Fitness Trainer, Incident Safety Officer, Emergency Services Instructor, Blue Card Certified and holds an associate’s degree in Fire Science through Columbus State Community College.

Lieutenant Brisson:  Jeremiah Brisson has 11 years in the fire service and has been a medic for 6 years. He has been with Jerome Township Division of Fire since 2020. He received professional fire training from Clark State. He attended Clark State for paramedic school. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing, with a minor in Human Resources. Lieutenant Brisson is a Hazmat Technician, Fire Safety Inspector, CE Instructor, ACLS, BLS, PALS Instructor, Blue Card Certified, and Incident Safety Officer. He has taken his Fire Officer 1 and 2 through Clark State.
